Our discovery for Lut desert, start in Tehran, capital of Iran for about 300 years. We continue our way to Islamic city of Isfahan for visiting beauty of Iranian art and architecture alongside Zayande Rud river. Yazd is our next stop for enjoying Zoroastrian traditions. Shiraz city of poems and blossoms is our next stop where we encounter with both archaeological and contemporary arts and architecture.

Oasis province of Kerman is where we enjoy the desert activities such as safari, camel riding and sleeping in well-organised eco-lodges.

Day 1: Welcome to Iran

Welcome to Tehran, vivid and lovely city of Iran. Dana host is available to assist you at IKA airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 2: Tehran city tour
  • Azadi Tower
  • Iran National Museum
  • Golestan Palace
  • Abghineh Museum

After a healthy breakfast, morning sightseeing includes Azadi tower and then famous museums of Tehran in historic part of city. Iran National Museum is on the top of the list.

Next site is fabulous Golestan Palace with those colorful tile-work and mirror-work that attracts any tourist.

We have a stop for lunch at bazaar and its area, Iranian local dishes will help you to recover your energy. Continue with Abghineh Museum which is known as Qavam house,This two-storey building was built by Hans Hollein, Austrian architect in late Qajar period.

We take a walk into Darband area for enjoying the nightlife of Tehran and a welcome Iranian style dinner.

Day 3: Isfahan half of the world

Morning drive to Isfahan. En-route visit small city of Natanz. Later we drive directly to Jameh mosque of Isfahan, UNESCO site registered in 2012.

Today we see and feel the Armenian character of Isfahan where we visit Vank Cathedral and spend some time on Jolfa district. We have a chance to visit wonderful Music museum.

To finish our day, we enjoy Pahlavani and Zoorkhanei Ritual, inscribed in 2010 on intangible list of UNESCO.

Day 4: Isfahan city tour

Today, we begin our day by visiting Chehel Sotoun Palace the UNESCO site which is registered 2011. Imam Mosque in UNESCO registered site of Naghsh-e Jahan square is our first site that we visit in Naghsh-e Jahan square.

Later we visit Sheykh Lotfollah Mosque, Ali Qapu Palace and its music room. The rest of day you are free to roam along historic Qeysareieh Bazaar.

Late in the evening we visit Safavid (17th A.D) Khaju Bridge and Si-o-Se Pol there you can stroll by the Zayandeh Rud River.

Day 5: Kharanagh & Meybod

Morning drive to Kharanagh for visiting Kharanagh village and also Zoroastrian temple of Chak Chak. Later visit to Meybaod and its castle. Continue our way to Yazd. Overnight stay at Yazd.

Day 6: Yazd city tour

  • Zoorkhaneh & Pahlavani rituals

Today we discover city of Yazd and its wonderful brick areas. First we have a visit to Yazd Jameh mosque, Fahadan district, Zoroastrian fire temple, water museum and silence towers. During evening we spend some quality time at Yazd Art House. Later we visit Zoorkhanei and pahlavani rituals in Zoorkhaneh.

Day 7: Abarkouh & Pasargadae

Morning drive to small city of Abarkouh for visiting Cypress of Abarkouh, Aghazadeh traditional house and its outstanding wind catchers which is the only two-story wind catcher in whole country. Later we drive to Pasargadae for visiting UNESCO site of Pasargadae, one of the capitals of Achaemenid dynasty (550-330 B.C).

Day 8: Persepolis & Shiraz

  • Shah Cheragh Holy Shrine
  • Saadi Tomb

Morning visit to Persepolis and Achamenid necropolises. We keep our way to city of poets and blossoms. We visit Shah Cheragh (King of Lights) holy shrine and tomb of Saadi.

Day 9: Shiraz
  • Nasir-al Mulk Mosque
  • Narenjestan Qavam House
  • Karim Khan Citadel
  • Vakil Complex
  • Hafez Tomb

Today we visit colorful Nasir-al Mulk Mosque or as it called Pink Mosque then we explore wonderful Narenjestan Qavam house dates back to 18th century built in early QAjar. Karim Khan Citadel where founder of Zand dynasty, Karim Khan, lived there in 18th century is on our today list.

After a local lunch, we jump into Vakil bazaar and its other belongings constructions such as bathhouse and mosque. For the evening we spend some time at Hafez Tomb, great Persian Poet.

Day 10: Drive from Shiraz to Mahan

Morning long drive to Mahan in Kerman province. En-route visit will be Neyriz and Sirjan cities. Evening visit to Shazdeh Persian Garden. Overnight stay at Mahan.
Day 11: Bam & Shahdad
  • Bam citadel
  • Rayen Citadel

Morning drive to Bam for visiting UNESCO site of Bam Citadel. En-route visit to Rayen citadel. Keep on our way to Shahdad desert.

Overnight stay at Shahdad area.

Day 12: Shahdad Desert
  • Shahdad desert

We enjoy another day in Shahdad desert that is part of Lut desert. Enjoying desert activities such as safari, camel riding and etc.

Day 13:
  • Ganj Ali Khan bathhouse
  • Ganj Ali Khan bazaar
  • Kerman Jameh mosque

Early morning drive to Kerman. Full day excursion to Ganj Ali Khan Complex includes bathouse, mosque and bazaar and later Jame mosque. Evening flight to Tehran.

Day 14: Back to Home
Your guide accompanies to IKA airport. It's time to take a flight to home. End of services.
