Upon payment of a deposit, tour participant indicates acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Receipt of a deposit per person, and signed contract (electronic signature or hand-signed) is required to hold your reservation.
The balance of the tour price will be due 40 days prior to the tour commencement date.
For bookings made within 30 days of departure, payment must be paid completely.
Full payment must be done 30 days prior to the tour commencement.
If you decide to cancel your booking the following charges apply. Cancellation charges are based on the number of days from the time Dana Trips receives written confirmation of your cancellation, to the start of the services provided – whether air and land or just land services.
- More than 40 days before departure: your deposit is non-refundable
- 40-31 days prior 25% of total amount due
- 30-21 days prior 50% of total amount due
- 20-16 days prior 75% of total amount due
- 15-0 days prior 100% of total amount due

UNUSED PORTIONS OF THE TOUR
We regret that refunds will not be given for any unused portions of the tour, such as meals, entry fees, accommodation, flights or transfers.
No refund will be given for any unused tour features, whether because of customer’s choice, operational reasons, because of bad weather or any other reason.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dana Trips is not a carrier, event or tourist attraction host, accommodation or dining service provider and it does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, guides or trip leaders, food service providers, equipment suppliers, ground operators, etc., including, without limitation, various entities which may utilize the Dana Trips name. All bookings made and tickets or coupons issued by Dana Trips for transport, event, accommodation, dining and the like are issued as an agent for various service providers and are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by each service provider. Dana Trips is not responsible for their products or services and any negligent. If a service provider does not deliver the product or service for which you have contracted, your remedy lies with the service provider, not Dana Trips.
Dana Trips will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental claim like damage, sickness, injury, death, or loss arising from any change, delay, detention, breakdown, cancellation, failure, accident, act, omission or negligence of any such service provider however caused contingencies or any other cause beyond its control. You must take out adequate travel insurance against such contingencies.
Dana Trips liability in respect of any tour will be limited to the refund of amounts received from you less all non-refundable costs and charges and the costs of any substituted event or alternate services provided. The terms and conditions of the relevant service provider from time to time comprise the sole agreement between you and that service provider.

REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS
We work around-the-clock to insure your vacation goes smoothly and according to plan. But unexpected problems, often out of our control, can still arise. We urge you to work with us in correcting the problem on the spot instead of dealing with it after you return home.
On Dana Trips escorted tours, work with your tour leader to resolve concerns. For independent travel, speak to your hotel front desk manager, your local tour guide, driver, etc. Your travel documents will also have contact numbers for help in resolving problems.
If a refund is warranted, it is under the express condition that you release us from all further liability.
GUESTS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
Foreign air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels and motor coaches are not in the same standard in all cities. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors, you are required to spend an additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel, transfers and meal costs.
Passenger certifies not to have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers.
If you are a “no-show” or fail to notify Dana Trips of your cancellation, you will NOT receive NO refund.
